Job Title: National Consultant to develop quantitative and qualitative M&E tools and templates

Contract Type: Individual Consultant (National)

Duty Station: Phnom Penh, Cambodia 

Deadline: 07 August 2020 (17:00 Local Time)  

Under the supervision of UNFPA Cambodia and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, the Consultant will undertake the tasks in the details ToRs.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Advanced degree in organizational development, Statistical Analysis, policy/strategic plan development, Monitoring and Evaluation or other related disciplines. 
  • At least four years of experience in working with M&E programme establishment; data collection, analysis and monitoring/reporting, and research/survey.
  • Experience in strategic analysis and report writing outputs identification and M&E development.
  • Experience in developing M&E tools and templates and training practitioners on their use.
  • Extensive experience in working as technical advisor for government line-ministries or/and other similar tasks in development fields.
  • Experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues is desirable.
  • Experience working in or familiarity with the education sector and other sectors (line ministries) in Cambodia is an advantage.
  • Experience working in or familiarity with Cambodian Youth Development is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Khmer and English languages.
  • Work within a team structure or independently, flexible, cope with stressful conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within different cultural environments;
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English are required.
