The 1 year programme piloting at district level of Kampong Cham province aims at promoting a healthy relationship within family and community, especially building a better communicaiton between parents and childrend. This is one of the 5 strategies reflected in the national action plan of preventing violence against women and girls.
The programme looks specifically to change the behavioural communicaiton of adolescents, partents or caregivers toward non-violence and positive attitude.
