In Cambodia, while an estimated one in five women aged 15 to 49 has experienced physical violence since the age of 15, so many of them have experienced more than one form of violence including emotional and sexual violence.
UNFPA is seeking the services of a professional filmmaker to document strong stories showcasing the supporting system for survivors of violence against women and gender-based violence in accessing services at the hospital and/or local authority and their community home.
The footage will highlight the urgent need to end gender-based violence and harmful practice which is one of the three transformative goals of UNFPA.
