The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework to implement the NAP-CYD was approved by the Permanent Vice President of National Youth Development Council and the Minister of MoEYS on 14 November 2022. This M&E framework was designed to ensure the implementation of the National Action Plan on Cambodian Youth Development in response to:
- Development of human resources to serve the economic and social development of the nation
- Achieving national policy on youth development
- Principles of management, planning, monitoring and evaluation based on results
- Harmonization of sectoral data collection systems
- Key inputs to improve and develop the field of youth development
- As a mechanism to monitor and evaluate the progress and challenges of action implementation
