UNFPA requires the provision of ICT Equipment (Accessories and Electronic Materials) for our Implementing Partners in 2021.
This Request for Quotation is open to all legally constituted companies that can provide the requested and warranty services and have legal capacity to deliver the equipment and materials in the country, or through an authorized representative. LTA with UN agencies is preferable.
Proposals should be prepared based on the guidelines set forth in Section III above, along with a properly filled out and signed price quotation form, and are to be sent by email to the contact person indicated below no later than: 12th of August 2021 at 12:00 Hrs. Phnom Penh time[1].
